Circle Lemur Template Available

We are pleased to announce that a template for the Lemur multi-touch control surface is now available for download here.

This comprehensive template has been put together by Andrew Capon, and can be used in its entirety or as a base from which you can create your own custom templates.

Circle 1.0.2 available for download

We have released a new minor version of Circle, 1.0.2. Download it here.

In this update we have included a CPU economy mode in the setting pane. This allows Circle to use less CPU for a minimal reduction in audio quality.

Behind the scenes, there have been some updates to the OSC messaging and a bug related to the mouth filter clicking during modulation has also be fixed.

Circle is now released

We’re proud to announce that today Circle is released and ready for you to start using in your music. The demo version is ready for you to try out. Browse through the presets and start designing your own sounds.

The boxed version of Circle will be in stores soon. For now, you can purchase your own copy of the download version from our online store and start playing it straight away.

Wider Beta Testing started.

Today we have started wider beta testing. We are no longer accepting new beta testers, but we’ll have a demo version soon, so if you haven’t done so already, sign up to the news letter in the box to the right as its the way to keep up to date with Circle happenings.

If you have signed up to be a beta tester you should have now received a download link to Circle.

We’ll be moderating the forum, so join up and if you have any questions relating to Circle, feel free to ask them there.

Circle Release and pricing update

Circle is currently entering into external beta test.

The release of the downloadable demo and launch of the webshop is scheduled for early May.
Closer the time we will fix an exact date, in the mean time we highly recommend signing up to the mailing list so as to stay in the loop for news and updates.

Circle will be available for €149.00 / $199.00

Also, we’ll be opening the web forum next week, where we’ll be on hand to answer any queries or request for info.

Back from the Messe

Finally arrived back at the Workshop after the Messe just in time for St. Patricks day!

Had a great time at the show, meeting and talking synthesizers with everyone who visited the booth.
What we are trying to achieve with FAW and Circle really seemed to strike a note with who ever got one of our demos. So thanks to everyone who stopped by over the show, your enthusiasm for Circle makes all the hard work worth while.

Special thanks go to the sonicore guys, for sending people over to our booth whom they thought would like Circle, Rik at 2Box for his words of support, Howard for his expert advice ( we’ll add an extra circle for aftertouch ) and last but not least Peter Kirn for his words on createdigitalmusic.

We’ll be updating the main site with more technical details of Circle and it features over the coming days, so stay tuned.
