Re-activation problem ! Serial number in use ? What's happening ?

  1. Hello i want to activate Circle on my new Macbook Pro, it says serial number in use.
    I tried to phone you , i wrote you an email...no answer on both...several times,what's the matter is your company alive ?

    here is my invoice number :
    Order Ref: 900043
    Date Ordered: Mon Sep 01 2008

    so please sort this out ASAP as i want to be able to use my software again.

  2. Hi Mihai,

    I have looked through our support database and a case was opened on 25 July and we replied by clearing an activation slot for you. Did you receive this reply? We have had no further communication since.

    Please send us a mail through to support@futureaudioworkshop.com and we will open a new case if you need further activations.
