Re - Activation problem

    Hi Gavin,
    I recently Had a logic board failure on my mac pro. When it was replaced the computer required re-activation but i cannot do this as i'm already registered. I've tried contacting you through support with no reply.
    Can you Reset my Activation so i can re-authorise?
    When i use the website it returns the instruction : Serial Already Registered.
