I'm having the same issue with 8.1.4, running mac OSX; I see the AU but not the VST.

I have the same problem. In addition, when importing Ableton projects from my old system to 10.6.4.(backed up with time machine from 10.5.8) Circle fails to Load the appropriate presets. Took me ages to shape one of them, it's really sad that it seems to be lost now. Where are Circle presets (not the AU-Presets but the ones you store within the Circle preset list) exactly stored?

In the presets subfolder of the Circle application folder.

I only have a Circle application in the application folder without any folder, which one do you mean?

  7. Hi Equalizer,

    They are in:

    /Library/Application Support/FAW/Circle/Presets

    Hi Gavin,

what went wrong? I definitely don't have this folder on my HD. I saved my personal folder prior to the Time Machine backup on a seperate Harddrive and did not find it there. The folder link you posted is also not present in my current library structure (neither the Macintosh HD nor the personal one) despite all regular presets showing up within the Circle AU.
