Circle Activation Code offline

    Hi, I wanted to activate offline, but on my computer offline, when I enter the offline code, which I got on a computer online, it says that the key code is invalid! Whats wrong? I was following carefully the instructions. Windows Vista.
    I didnt get any answer from the support!!!

    Hi, I had the same problem with macOS, solved after several emails. I must thank Mike for the quick answers, over a weekend.
    here is what finally unlocked the thing:

    (stay offline also when loading the file from the computer to the activation window)

    Hi Marcos

    1, make sure you are logged in as "Admin" on your computer.
    2, repair disk permissions go to, Applications/ Utilities/ Disk Utility
    run a permission repair on your mac os drive.
    3, to activate offline run circle in stand alone mode
    4, temporarily disable your internet either by turning off your wifi or unplugging the network cable when taking note of the green offline activation code on your mac.
