  2. We have had only one other case of the standalone crashing on osx and it was due to the software Hear 1.0.1 or 1.0.3 installed.
Do you have these version of Hear installed?

I uninstalled Hear, attempted the install which went fine but still did not work.

When I attempt to run Cirle, I hear 3 small pops coming through the speaker then it errors out. The only other program I have installed is a demo of Reason.

  4. Hi Abepop,

Hear remains on your system even if you delete the main program app. There are extra services that run in the background even if you have deleted the main application. The only way to remove the program fully and stop these extra services running is to use the specific "uninstall hear" from the program menu. If you send me through a mail to support@futureaudioworkshop.com I will guide you through the process.

While it seems to work ok with iTunes, I can't recommend Hear when using pro audio applications at this time, the other Circle user found it was crashing a number of other audio applications as well.

Go into your Reason preferences and under audio, uncheck the box that says play in background- it's checked by default.
With that checked, Reason will demand exclusive use of your audio driver...
