  1. Hey guys had a bit of bad experience in the past trying to contact you guys via support mail so thought to post here to see if i can confirm my ticket has been received as its a time sensitive subject and not heard anything in the last 24hrs, the last 2 tickets i submitted where replied to about a month later :-(

    any how, i would be grateful if some one could confirm this for me
