Just have a feat. request, I know it's a long shot but I think it would make Circle even that much better. And I haven't seen any other Synths with this feature.

Feat. Request:

The ability to export to a text file, the setttings for ever parameter in a patch. Broken down into sections:

So if I had a preset loaded, it would export like this:

Oscillator 1: 3.4
Oscillator 2: 2.4

With the ability to export either, every setting, or every setting that has been tweaked from the default setting.

Would be amazing.

Thought it would be a good idea for the FAW community to post links to their music in this thread. I'll start out...

My music on Twisted Sessions:
http://www.twistedsessions.com/Jordan_Stoner/audio.php

My music is available for free to all, as stated under the Free Art License.
The Free Art License

Unfortunately, Circle is not featured in any of my songs thus far, due to a bug with Pro Tools/Core 2 Duo Macs. Gavin's working on it, though - hopefully I'll be able to add it to my arsenal soon!

Well, I'm really wanting to go for this beautiful synth. There is one problem to solve: I don't get OSC connection from my Lemur to my Circle on my MAC.
Just for sure: If I only want to get connected to my Lemur do I need a IP-adress, or will only a portnumber do?
And if I need the IP-adress, what adress to fill in: the one under TCP/IP setup in the Lemur or the one under the OSC targets where you can also find the portnumber? (Both don't work however).
I just noticed that from MAX it is OK. So from within my MAC it works, from outside not.
Somebody can get me on the road?

Thanks,

Hi,

I am currently a final year Product Design student at Derby University and am currently involved in designing a new speaker/headphone system for my final year degree project. I am currently in the research and market research stage of the project and was hoping to enlist some people to fill out a quick and painless questionnaire to aid me with my design and research.

My product idea is a new and unique personal audio system it is primarily a 2.0/2.1 speaker system that runs just like any other but has a inbuilt headphone dock. The dock is situated in one of the speakers and acts as a recharging station as well as a transmitter for the Bluetooth headphones. The system works that if the headphones are attached the speakers act as normal speakers would, but once removed the headphones are then activated and become the output device for the audio. This product gives in summary a two in one option which allows the user to have both speakers and headphones at there disposal and allows for easy use.

Please could i ask you to spend a couple of minutes filling out and completing my survey:
http://freeonlinesurveys.com/rendersurvey.asp?sid=p635palgmc8a50n511516

Thanks for your time and help.

Hi,

I just purchased Circle and im really lovong it.

Problem is I cannot make it work with my Lemur

I set the Osc port on Circle to listen on port 8080

Lemur Osc 0 (which is the port used for all controls on the lemur) is set to transmit on port 8080

I click connect on Circle, and nothing happens when moving conttrols on the Lemur; been trying to connect and disconnect, but it aint working.

I know the lemur is transmiting all right because I use it with Reaktor and it works fine,

Any ideas?

Any way of changing the ip adress Circle listens to? So I can set it to the one my lemur is trasmiting osc messages to, which is 192.168.1.34 on port 8080 as said before.

Thanks a lot, hope theres a way to fix this
